At the end of February, I had the incredible opportunity to travel to St. Maarten, Dutch Netherlands, to photograph the wedding of Sonia and Duncan. It was truly a beautiful week and a wonderful expression of love.
Duncan and Sonia are from San Tropez, in the South of France, and many of their guests came from Paris, Holland, Sweden, and England for their intimate wedding on the small dutch island. The wedding day started out with Sonia & Duncan having a small town hall ceremony in the French provence of Marigot, followed by a 4 course luncheon for their guests at Le Sand beach club. We then returned to the incredible La Samanna Hotel for their lavish beach affair, ending the evening with a fireworks display off the beach. No details were spared for the sweet couple and their guests. It will truly be a weekend that I will always remember, as I am sure their guests will too.
